Temporary Hoardings

Images include temporary hoardings at Dudley College, retail redevelopment projects (Bull Ring, Birmingham), major infrastructure projects (including NHS) in the UK, and hoardings over window and access points on a part constructed building project (Manchester).  Read on for TCF’s solutions and expertise.

Town and Country Fencing’s construction site timber hoardings consist of reinforced wooden plywood boards able to withstand most weather conditions mounted on timber frame and posts with concrete foundations; these can be provided to any customer specification. A painting service is available.  All materials are FSC certified from sustainable sources.

These site hoardings cannot be removed without the difficulty.  This means that the area is less likely to be breached by opportunists, or by compromising the temporary hoarding - which means the area is more secure, ensuring peace of mind for construction companies and their clients.

We can provide free- standing hoardings mounted on a concrete block.  These come with structural engineering calculations to guide those responsible for managing the site.  Advantages of using free standing hoardings means they can be easily realigned moved and removed.  The risk of striking underground services during erection is removed; and at end of use there are no patching up and reinstatement costs for pathways, yards, grounds and roadways.

We can also provide a fast response team available for emergency hoardings.
